Abstract:
The North Carolina Women's Affordable Housing Network was established in 2019 and formally incorporated as a 501(c)3 non-profit in 2021. It aims to be a resource and peer network for woman working in the area of affordable housing. Operating with an 11 member board, there are 200 numbers at present.

Abstract:
"In North Carolina, 27% of residents are considered cost burdened because they spend more than 30% of their income on housing, according to the N.C. Housing Coalition, a nonprofit advocating for affordable solutions." Interesting in the various ideas discussed is Raleigh-based TNT Development's "plan to assemble an $800,000 3D printer that dispenses concrete for a home frame, based on a digital file’s blueprint."
