Abstract:
Edwards Enterprises plans to construct a tourist resort on the historic Big Bald Mountain along the North Carolina and Tennessee border. This area received fame during the Civil War when confederate spies used the mountain top to observe Union activities. The famous Sam's Gap represented the site where the spies operated. Edwards Enterprises intends to construct a dude ranch, well stocked fishing ponds, and a wildlife observation area for naturalist.
