Started in 1994, Triangle Residential Options for Substance Abusers, Inc. (TROSA) in Durham is a tough, no-nonsense, two-year drug rehabilitation program run by Kevin McDonald. Participants get room, board, and a chance for a new beginning. Currently there are about 400 participants in the program.
