Abstract:

This seems to be a feature story about Heber Gutherie. He is a National Park service volunteer and a great grandson of a lighthouse keeper. Gutherie took a job at Cape Lookout and became fascinated with the architecture of the lighthouse. He got the idea one day to wear a lighthouse keeper uniform and now spreads information about Cape Lookout by visiting schools and giving presentations to local civic groups.
