Abstract:
Tucked away on the second floor of Belhaven’s Old Town Hall is the Belhaven Memorial Museum, a museum dedicated to providing a snapshot of life in the nineteenth and early-twentieth century. The museum holds artifacts of all kinds, from clothing and canned goods to wartime machinery and dolls. The museum began as Mary Eva Blount Way’s private collection and has since grown to include the possessions of others from the area.
