Abstract:
While only 6.7% of jobs statewide are connected to AI, the sector typically pays more than most occupations, with average annual salaries of $148,000 in comparison to $70,700 for other companies. A rough prediction for the future points out nearly 19% of the state's tech sector or 90,230 could eliminated in the time to come.
