Abstract:
North Carolina artist Dennis Zaborowski will have his work featured this winter in the North Carolina Gallery. A small selection of large charcoal drawings will be the focus of the new exhibition and are the latest development in Zaborowski’s career and style. The subject of these works revolve around the physical interaction of people and their relationships. All of the subjects come from Zaborowski’s personal experience or memories.

Abstract:
North Carolina artist Thomas Sayre will perform a one-man show in the North Carolina Gallery this winter at the Museum. Sayre’s one-man show will have him construct a piece titled Aviary on-site at the Museum. Sayre will also contribute a concrete outdoor sculpture titled Arcanum.

Abstract:
The work of North Carolina artist Vernon Pratt will be exhibited in the North Carolina Gallery through this winter. Pratt is known for his work as an abstract painter and the building up of shapes and surfaces. Pratt’s style of his canvas works are described as elegant and calm while his work with building structures is described logical, having raw energy, and full of mystery that draws the viewer in.
