Abstract:

Trans World Radio is the largest religious broadcasting organization in the world. Dr. Paul E. Freed, a Baptist minister, developed the idea of broadcasting religion and education programs to the world in 1954. Today the station broadcasts in twenty-four languages to over one hundred countries. Russia is the primary target, but the Russians have never jammed the programs.
