William Boyd of Pitt County died in 1815 leaving a Will. His widow was Rachael and had sons, Thomas, Samuel, Robert and William Boyd. Thomas, Samuel and William Boyd died underage. Rachael married second to Alfred Nelson. Robert Boyd believes Alfred Nelson is going to remove the slaves out of State and sell them.
