General RemarksABL Tillett on day Watch; Test 6 am; Drilled With BeBee Self Bailing Surf Boat and Capsized her under the most favorable Condishions and Caught 4 men under, but quickly Righted her and she freed herself in [illegible] [illegible] [illegible] and [illegible] the men got [illegible] [illegible] the Righting Lines and got some Water in [illegible] before we got out but seems to be all right however the Boat is entirely to Heavy for men to Handle on this Steep Beach they Cannot Handle her quick enough to take her up and of the Way of the Surf in Landing or Launching
