WHEREAS, It bas been made known to me, as the Governor of the state of Missouri, that certaia partie., whose names are to me unknown. have confederated and bended themselves together for the purpuse of comimitting robheries and other depredatios« withia this State: and WHEREAS, Said parties did, 08 or about the Eighth day of Ovtuber, 1874, -top a train near Glendale, in the county of Jacksom, m ssid State, and, with force aad violence, take, steal and carry away the money and other exprens matter being varried thereom: and WHEREAS, On the fifteenth day of July 1481. eid partiex and their coufederatex did stop a train upon the line of the Chicago.
