During the initial trials of the SKATE, I learned that you have
been ill. I do hope this letter finds you feeling better by now.
The trials of the SKATE were a huge success from every aspect. This

is a tribute to the fine design of the ship. I would like to offer

my personal congratualtions to you for the large part you played in

this successful effort.
