Executive Gommittee of the M.P. Chureh presented to
your Conference by Dr. T . H. Lewis, you were chosen
by that Conference as the special missionary repre -
sentative.

your Conference, you are to study the conditions of
your territory and be ready as occasion may demand to
help shape programs for Institutiohe and summer confer-
enees and district meetings that may be held during
the year within your conference terSitory.
Just at this time I am planning a suge
for the Summer Conference to be held dure
ing the 1922 season. I am writing to ask if you have
any suggestions to offer at this time? In these con-
ferences we wish to teach the Bible, “issions, Sunday
School Methods, Christian Endeavor work, Stewardship,
Evangelism sand the genera} church work.
Have you any suggestions as to text
books or any plans for these meetings? I will thank you
