duty at Base Hospital Noe 53, A. E. Fe, and will proceed to Headquarters, Hospital
Centre, Toul, reporting upon arrivel thereat to the Commanding Officer for duty as
Consultant in Ear, Nose and Throat Surgery for that center.

The trevel directed,is necessary in the militery service.
