Madam,President, Honored Guests and Members:

in reviewing the work of The Patient Cirele for the past year, I find that we have
conformed with the Noth Carolina Branch and International Order in planning

our work and programs.

Our monthly meetibgs, which are well attended, are opened by Praying The Prayer of

the Order, followed by a Devotional, business session and program,

the yearly reports of each department and com mittee have been submitted to the
