Mr- Brummitt advised me that he ruled on this matter and panes Same in the Governor's hands, and Mr-e England, the Yovernor's private secretary informed me that you had been advised of same. Under the law, according to Mr. Brummitt's decision, you are due me this money out of the $69,000.00 appropriated by the 1925 Legislature, and Mr. Brummitt tells me that this covers my bill. I have a certificate for my money, and want you to advise me When you can see me in order that I may receipt the certificate and receive check for the amount due me with interest from March 2nd, until paid.
