The attendance reports document the number of individuals who attended each outdoor drama production and in some years also include survey reports, web site reports, reports of attendance by state, reports by genre of drama, and marketing and budget information. The newsletters include the monthly newsletters sent to members, as well as files of photographs, audition information, drafts of emails, directories, and more. The attendance reports from 1965-2001 are scanned copies of paper reports in pdf form while all other items are born-digital files. The primary types of files included are pdfs, PowerPoint files, Microsoft Word files, and jpgs.
