The record lists the names of the children, ages 6-20, who attended the school, along with their parents or guardians. All of the children who attended were white. J. W. (John Wilkes) Brooks is noted as the Committeeman for the school. Also noted is the value of the school property and a description of its structure. Date for the census is not noted on the document but is derived from a handwritten note that was later attached to the document.
