The physical items are in folders. However, there is no need to treat the digitized items as being in a folder. Cataloging and I discussed and we would like them treated as individual items, please. Thank you! (This is not the same project as the 60 years of Navigator publications that one of the other Coast Guard reps wants outsourced [smile]. I am in talks with John and Jan about funding approval for that.)
