I rehoused the DVDs as the cases they were in were falling apart. We have some empty VHS cases if we need to rehouse the VHS tapes also. There is some damage to the inside cover of the scrapbook and some of the items have been folded from being closed with the book. There are several loose items located in the back of the scrapbook, including a large photograph of the Gospel Choir, a list of the 1987-1988 Executive Board Members, a song list, and several gospel choir program fliers.
I emailed the Digital team regarding this request on 4/20. There are a number of items across multiple formats in this collection, including VHS tapes, DVDs, cassette tapes, mini digital video cassettes, and a scrapbook made by members of the Gospel Choir. There is a duplicate copy of the cassette tape I am sending down in case it is needed. This request is related to Fetch Request #3174. [from conservation: kick back when images taken and we can fully disbind for imaging. There is a sheet of glassine inserted where some of the photographs had a sticky film on the surface. I tried to reduce this as much as possible. During imaging, feel free to remove items in mylar L-sleeves as needed or extricate/lift mylar from the album pages for imaging, just return the mylar to position after. -Larry]

One of the discs has partial file corruption, disc would not mount on some optical drives and DVD would stop playing randomly when it did work. That disc has a note inside of the physical case to differentiate between the two. The other disc is in good condition and the digital files were transferred from that one. - Justin
