The tape titled "The Treasure Chest Cable Company 1997" is dirty and we have sent it down with a clear plastic case because it did not come to UA with the original case. [note from conservator: this is mold. Discussed with curator and production.]
I emailed the Digital team regarding this request on 4/20. There are 6 VHS tapes being sent that need to be digitized. There are also 5 duplicate copies for the years 1992-1997 that we are sending in case there is an issue with one of the tapes. These items are currently a part of UA65: Video Recordings Collection as well as Accession 2020-032. This request is associated with Fetch Requests #3153 & #3154 - - - The moldy VHS item (2020-0032) is a duplicate copy of item UA65.01.08.009 and did not have to go through the digitization process.
