The Fetch slips are accurate even though the numbers do not exactly replicate the component unique identifiers as seen in the item list for the request. This is because the entire "box" is being sent. When Fetch sees a request it strips out the folder information and simply notes the box. This was done to prevent having 20 Fetch slips for patrons who really only wanted to look at one box. In this case, the oversize folder is the box and the entire thing is being sent for digitization. Feel free to follow up with Kelly if you have further questions :) [I don't but maybe cataloging will - LH]
I picked a later NEEDED date, but whenever you can do it is fine with me. [From Conservation: there is a frame with one item. All attachments between object and frame were removed. See note with description of item 1285-s8-bos8]

This portrait is removed from its frame and glass, but both are still with the portrait. This is in an oversize box right now, but after it's digitized it will be kept in an oversize folder without the frame and glass.
