Photo is of Greenville's Minor League baseball team, the Greenville Greenies. A baseball team formed in 1934 as a semipro baseball team and became a professional team in 1937. They were a part of the Coastal Plain League from 1937-1941, 1946-1949. The photo is part of the Moore Family Papers, 1870-1950, #275.
