This item is already in Pres/Con and Larry has written up a plan for what they are going to do to the item. Larry, please take note of the date of creation that is listed underneath the frame. [Date on back of image (which was not obscured by frame) is 1954. No other dates were present on item.]
I marked this as a rush because the Bloxton house says they are going to do an unveiling event of it in the "near future" and they need it back for that event, but at the moment I do not know the exact date of said event. Also, the date of creation is going to have to be updated because while it is recorded on the back, it is currently blocked from view by the frame.
