Resolution approved by the team and Cobourn for the restricted videos in theis request. Keep the physical videos. Keep the digitized videos in the repository because they do contain research value. Restrict the videos for various reasons related to copyright or privacy issues. Keep them unindexed. Information about the videos is going to add info to ArchiveSpace. We are going to make notes in the job about them. Reece is going to work on creating an internal only accessed list of content currently unindexed for us to search for content like this. Per Ashley Moore, the invoice needs to be paid by June 1, 2019, but the deadline for digitization work to be completed is later. Some of the footage will be selected for inclusion in a fall exhibit, so it is needed by July 15. All items have the same identifier (UA65) listed in the following metadata because they will be connected to the finding aid at the top level only.
