I would like the following items copied and made available online: Last 17 files on the main directory; the entire contents of the "Indexes" folder including the cumulative index and indexes for each of the speech notebooks; also the entire contents of the "Speech" folder. I would like to get 2 copies of the CD: a user copy and a duplicate backup copy. For privacy reasons, the backup and user copies should be minus the last 4 files in the "Speech" folder which contain a child's medical records and social security number and which do not seem to relate to Morgan's speeches. Please DO NOT DELETE these files from the original CD. I would like to have the the CDs to be labeled: #268.0986.a Backup; #268.0986.a User Copy. These files on the Backup CD should be be made available online as soon as possible and should be linked to the finding aid when it is available online (at some future date).
