Offline Note
Since the photograph album is on loan, extensive preservation work is not needed. I have marked with sticky notes on the outside of the plastic protectors which pictures to digitize. I don't need all of them digitized. Donor is fine with removing photos from the sleeves if that can readily be done without damage to the photos.
The 19 images are of several generations of the Wiley Howell Cobb (1819-1897) and wife Elizabeth Joyner Cobb Family of Farmville and Greenville, Pitt County, North Carolina. Included are Charles Cobb and wife John Anna Moore Cobb, Kinchen Wiley Cobb and wife Dorothy Long Cobb, and Charles D. Cobb and wife Jane Eloise Tobias Cobb and their children David, Toby, Kin and Jeff Cobb. Also included is the boyhood home of Dr. Henry Wood Tobias in Donaldson, PA, and he was the father of Jane Eloise Tobias Cobb.
