This is a recording of the September 21, 1963 dedication of James S. Ficklen memorial stadium. Hosted by Dr. Leo Jenkins, the deed was presented by Waightstill H. ?Booger? Scales to NC Gov. Terry Sanford and the Gov. presented a document of gift to Robert B. Morgan vice-chairman of ECC Board of Trustees. This Reel to Reel was returned with Robert Morgan Box 303.
