The tour also served a diplomatic function as Thatcher and Hinkley met with American and foreign diplomats at each port.
FIXED: scan 116 and 235 need to be straightened, missing 2 pgs before scans 171 and 172, scans 173/174 are the ones that should have been deleted from the 171 fix last time, missing pgs that should be 110 and 111, scans 171 and 172 should be rescanned with the flap folded down, scans 261 and 262 are duplicates
