St. James Episcopal Church is an historic Carpenter Gothic-style Episcopal church locate in Kittrell, Vance County, North Carolina. It has arched Gothic windows. When a Confederate Hospital was located in Kittrell during the mid-1860's the church administered to the patients and provided Christian burials to the 52 soldiers who died there and are interred at the nearby Confederate Cemetery.
