"Any questions contact Joe. I have the files in three folders on a flash drive and I have the poster board when you and your students are ready. I can give you a list, but I think it might work just as well if I give you a few guidelines here and then show you the files:
Each file indicates in its name whether it should be printed out on small, medium, or large sheets. Most are small. If a file contains a document with more than one page, then please mount all of them in order on the same piece of board.
I suggest leaving just a bit of margin around each printout, to add a little color to a rather dull exhibit.
The first folder has the main exhibit poster. It is the only image that should be printed on a large, poster-size sheet. I suggest leaving a good bit of margin around the poster.
The second and third folders have main labels that will go at the top of those two sections of the exhibit. They should be printed on medium-size sheets, in a landscape orientation. Leave a good amount of margin around these labels.
I will be working on the small exhibit labels while you and your students are working on these.
If you can, please keep the finished pieces together in piles according to the folder names.
Let me know if you have questions or want me to create a list.
Thanks!
Maury
