PROCEDURES: The Minutes of the previous Meeting were read and approved.
OLD BUSINESS: The additional information requested by the Department of
Health, Education and Welfare concerning "Method of review"
was approved as submitted by Mr. Tosatti.
NEW BUSINESS: Mr, Beckett presented four disMissed patient records without
admission certification signatures. Dr. Waddill suggested
that these charts be treated as incomplete records and the
doctors concerned requested to complete, All members pre-
sent agreed with this solution.
The Utilization work sheets were reviewed with no further
action indicated.
Dr. Naslund stated that he felt the Utilization Committee
members should be compensated for their services and further
stated that his personal fee would be $50 per meeting.
Dr. Reed agreed that members should be compensated. "Dr. Waddill
assigned Dr. Reed and. Mr. Beckett to investigate and report
the proper procedure for the payMent of fees as specified in
the law.
It was agreed that all future meetings be held at 12:30 PM, on
the third Tuesday of each Month.
ADJOURNMENT: The Meeting adjourned by mutual consent at 1:45 P.M.
