He took a goodly group with him to New York and reallydid not have thus far anything particularly attractive to offer.I expect to be in New York in the near future and I hope that youwill be in town for a get-together, If there are any particularlygood musicals, let me know, I certainly would appreciate somehelp for a ticket. If not, a good concert will do - preferablynot orchestra, rather chamber music, violin or piano or solo-instrument with orchestra, I will let you know the exact date.There are a few potential jobs that I was offered but mostlya'la Albert Einstein in Philadelphia. Things are coming alongpretty well over here - only out of the normal case I had wasan excision of myocardial infaretion, now six months postop doingfamously. I also am in full swing of my first draft of Billroth'sbiography, 2000 pages dictated and now cutting out excesseswhieh I hate to part with.My historical library is growing pretty well, I have nova Sylvius' Epitome, Vigo, Wurtz, Larrey (with his handwrittendedication) Leander's (Volkmanns) dedication handwritten in verseto Billroth, etc. You would love it!
