have guessed, the difficulty in making any progress in
relation to your coming here relates first to your sal-
ary requirement which is formidable for the grant and
is also a problem in relation to other people already
here, Second, there is the question of clinical activity
in cardiac surgery again impinging on understandings
with present staff.
Perhaps we can talk further about both of these, Our
study area should be completed by the end of June and I
