He died on November 23, 1963 a few hours before Kennedywas murdered. Eva sends her best. She remembers you. We have had 20 mixed years ofbeauty, hardship, hard work, etc. - the way life is. Of our three children, the two boysage 10 and 1% are well; our daughter Elizabeth died age 12 after a life of torture fromintractable asthma. Her life and end have in part motivated my interests in critical caremedicine.Your plan to write a treatise on the development of Emergency Medical Transportation fromhistoric times is a laudable one.
