It occurredto me that a slightly larger group such as the forum of theSurgical Society could be beneficial to your effort. You clearlymust get into it also the "parlamentarians" a'la Wadill andPickett and Duke, etc., and then have it presented as a collaborativeeffort - even though you may have done most of the ground-work,It appeared to me that most of those who voted "nay" were inagreement with the principle of strengthening the organizationalstructure and I do not feel that you should feel entirely depressed.The structure of all the three hospitals should be streamlined inmy opinion to give to the educational effort at least a semblanceof conrruitysPlease do accept these remarks in the spirit that I wrote themdown, realizing that I am much a novice in such community medicalaffairs.SincerelyKarel B, Absolon, M.D.KBA:bcEnc:
