An author can prepare an outlinemore quickly, and an editor can get a speedy decision back to him.A good outline will help give logical organization to the finalarticle. Furthermore, an author is never quite sure of what aneditor wants at the moment, and it is much easier to revise anoutline according to the editor's suggestions than it is to revisea completed article.An outline should be accompanied with the following information:- the title of the article- the number and types of illustrations

- approximate number of words in the article (The Reviewsets no length limits.
