J have been asked many<lb />times what I thought about it and if I<lb />advocate] the use of it. As a matter of<lb />caution I shall not advise anyone to us®<lb />it, but will srmply say here most em-<lb />phatically I expect to use it, myself just<lb />as soon as I have occasion toand while<lb /><lb />North Carolinain Kentucky and nearly<lb />all the northern states the practice has<lb />been in use for many years.
