Mr. Lauzghinghouse said that he did
not want to close his speech without
tiling his audience something of the

a high tribute to Col. W. H. Lucas,

or credit, and aman who nas broken
up more homes than any other man in

sion candidate. He said he could point
out many men who had paid Skinner
25 per cent. interest on money. He
also told several iastances, giving names
ot the parties, vhere Skinner collected
money for northern firms out of our
home dealers, pocacted the money and
reported the man from whom it was
collected as bad, thus robbin one man
