This<lb />firm is composed of J. H. Blount,<lb />formerly of Hertford and ex<lb />Solicitor of the first district, aud<lb />J. L. Fleming, of Greenville.<lb />They are both lawyers cf reputa-<lb />tion and ability.<lb /><lb />Mr. -Blount was admitted to tne<lb />bar at the age of 22 aad four<lb />years later was elected Solicitor,<lb />which position he filled acceptably<lb />for twelve years. He also built<lb />upTa lucrative civil practice that<lb />covered seven counties. This<lb />practice coupled with his duties<lb />as Solicitor kept himso constantly<lb /><lb />froin home that he decided to lo<lb />cate in a larger town where his<lb />practice could be more concentra-<lb />ted, and with that purpose in view<lb />he moved to Greenville. . |<lb /><lb />Mr. Fleming. was raised in Pitt<lb />county within five miles of Green.<lb />ville, and 1s well known to all our<lb /><lb />people.
