A husband will treat his<lb />family right because he has a fear of<lb />God. A wife will fully submit to her<lb />husband because she has a fear of<lb />God. Do not base your actions on -<lb /><lb />your feelings because you may not<lb /> feel like doing what you should do.<lb /><lb />You have to act because it is the<lb />godly thing to do.<lb /><lb />Ladies, a person ought to be able<lb />to look at how you treat your<lb />husband and tell where you are<lb />spiritually, Would you talk to the<lb />Lord the way you talk to your<lb />husband? If you do not, then<lb />maybe you should repent.<lb />Husbands, you should not act like<lb />the devil if the wives are to submit<lb />themselves to you as unto the<lb />Lord.  Wives are taught to resist<lb />the devil so if you are getting<lb />some resistance, you may need to<lb />repent. God gave husbands and<lb />wives as a protection for each<lb />other to help Establish a Godly<lb />Home.<lb /><lb />VICTIM<lb />MENTALITY ~<lb /><lb />For the life of me, when it comes<lb />to civil rights, I can never make<lb />myself focus on what white folks<lb /><lb />. are thinking or doing. Whenever I<lb />~ Consider the needs and aspirations<lb /><lb />of my people, black people, I never<lb />approach it with regard to what<lb /><lb />white people mighit say, feel, think T:<lb /><lb />or do. Only:the actions of black<lb /><lb />. people really concern me and that is<lb /><lb />a full agenda., In my opinion,<lb />anyone who begins embracing<lb />issues that affect black folks by first<lb />considering potential white<lb /><lb />, Teactions or objections is simply<lb />looking for controversy and has no<lb />genuine intent of realizing goals<lb />that would benefit a single soul.<lb /><lb />To be specific, I Tm referring to<lb />illiteracy, weak voting strength,<lb /><lb />_ black on black crime, soaring<lb /><lb />school drop out rates, teen<lb />pregnancy, dysfunctional families<lb />and poor college entrance<lb />percentages, Each of these complex<lb /><lb /> issues are worthy of constant work<lb /><lb />and attention and don Tt require the<lb /><lb />Minority Voice February 16 - 23, 2007<lb /><lb />OS ee he es<lb /><lb />ped<lb /><lb />approval of white folks in order<lb />to be acted upon. Therefore, I<lb />would encourage leaders of black<lb />organizations or even individuals<lb />to develop projects that address<lb />these problems.
