Dunning, John Jorden Hooper From author: Since the age of twelve, I have participated in protests, letter writing campaigns, and outreach programs to educate people on the LGBTQ+ community and the importance of acceptance. Currently I volunteer with the LGBT Resource Office at ECU to share my own personal story as a transgender woman in classes around campus.
