As I<lb />mentioned on the phone today, the honorarium is $100 and does<lb />not include dinner aboard the train.<lb /><lb />The train departs Bardstown at 8:15pm and dinner service is<lb />begun right away. On the return leg of the trip, once<lb />dessert is served, there is a period of about 45 minutes<lb />which would be suitable for musical entertainment, starting<lb />about 9:30pm. We arrive back in Bardstown at 10:15pm.<lb /><lb />What we have in mind is a program of familiar Stephen Foster<lb />melodies, especially those featured in The Stephen Foster<lb />Story, as you stroll up and down the aisle. Costume would be<lb />wonderful! Ive been assured that you will be able to move<lb />from one car to the other by going through the kitchen car.<lb /><lb />Prior to departure, from 7:45 to 8:15pm, drinks will be<lb />served in the train station bar and Scott thought it might be<lb />fun if you could do some banjo pickin? there, to get people<lb />in the mood.<lb /><lb />Once again, we are pleased that you can join us, Gary.<lb /><lb />As soon as the conference brochures are available in late<lb />August, I°1l see that you receive one. In the meantime, let<lb />me know if you have questions.<lb /><lb />Sincerely,<lb /><lb />Judy Via<lb />Administrative Secretary<lb /><lb /></p>
