        <p>do We know for sure that the room has 65-70 chairs? minimum-<lb /><lb />in that we hope to have 65-70 people in the room at one time,<lb /><lb />we actually need 100 chairs so that people are not packed in<lb />like fisn in a can - we need to have it in writing that<lb /><lb />we'll have 100 chairs in the room, provided by the Civic Center.<lb /><lb />be sure to state how we want the room set up:<lb /><lb />Theatre style<lb /><lb />Head table with five chairs<lb /><lb />I have no idea whether or not we'll need a mike, podium<lb />and speakers.
