If you would, go<lb />over these and if you are in agreement, please sign and<lb />return the original to me. Parker<lb /><lb />Director<lb /><lb />Institute of Outdoor Drama<lb />CB 3240 NCNB Plaza<lb /><lb />Chapel Hill, NC 27599-3240<lb /><lb />Agreement for Services and Goods Relating to the<lb />1991 Outdoor Drama Conference, October 24-27, 1991,<lb />to be held in The Holiday Inn, Bardstown, KY<lb /><lb />July 24, 1991<lb /><lb />The Holiday Inn-Bardstown agrees to provide the following<lb />services and goods at the specified rates for the 29th<lb />National Outdoor Drama Conference sponsored by the Institute<lb />of Outdoor Drama, University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill,<lb />NC:<lb /><lb />1. To make available 50 double rooms per night on Thursday,<lb />Friday and Saturday, October 24, 25 and 26, 1991 for the<lb />registered participants of the National Outdoor Drama<lb />Conference at the following rates: $40.00 single; $50 double;<lb />$55 triple; and $60 quad. Rooms will be guaranteed available<lb />for conference participants who pre-register with the hotel<lb />no later than Thursday, October 10, 1991, and provide the<lb />hotel with one night??os deposit. The Holiday Inn will make<lb />every effort to accommodate conference participants who<lb />request reservations after that date. However, no guarantee<lb />can be made for those individuals requesting reservations<lb />after October 10, 1991.<lb /><lb />These rooms will not be guaranteed by the Institute, but will<lb />be reserved by individuals attending the conference who<lb />provide deposits to the hotel.<lb /><lb />2. To make available to the Institute one (1) complimentary<lb />double room each night the conference participants reserve<lb />between 20 and 39 sleeping rooms from the hotel.<lb /><lb />3. To make available to the Institute two (2) complimentary<lb />double rooms each night the conference participants reserve<lb />40 or more sleeping rooms from the hotel.<lb /><lb /></p>

For those meetings and social functions on the attached<lb />Conference Schedule designated to take place at the Holiday<lb />Inn, to provide suitable and adequate space in the hotel at<lb />the times indicated on. the schedule; and that there will be<lb />no charge for the set-up and use of those facilities.<lb /><lb />5. To provide microphones and audio-visual equipment as<lb />requested, with notification of applicable charges to be<lb />given in advance.<lb /><lb />6. For those meal functions listed on the attached<lb />Conference Schedule designated to take place at The Holiday<lb />Inn, to provide suitable and adequate space in the hotel at<lb />the times indicated on the schedule; and that there will be<lb />no charge for the set-up and use of those | facilities.<lb /><lb />7. To provide a complete Kentucky dinner for conference<lb /><lb />participants from 7:30 to 9:00pm, Thursday, October 24, 1991,<lb /><lb />in The Holiday Inn. The price per person is set at $12.55,<lb /><lb />including tax and tip, and will be paid for by the indtitute.<lb /><lb />The Institute will provide The Holiday Inn with a definite<lb />ena pe no later than Tuesday, October 22, 1991.<lb /><lb />Holiday Inn will prepare additional meate??T for five<lb />percent of the number guaranteed by the Institute, and will<lb />charge for the number guaranteed plus any additional meals<lb />served above that number. Conference participants will be<lb />provided with meal tickets to assist in arriving at a head-<lb />count at the meal. Included in the set-up for this meal will<lb />be riser(s) for the head table, to be provided by The Holiday<lb />Inn for a fee of $7.50.<lb /><lb />8. To provide a complete evening meal for conference<lb />participants from 7:30 to 9:00pm, Saturday, October 26, 1991,<lb />in The Holiday Inn.
