Although<lb />two nominees mentioned personal or profes-<lb />sional reasons for declining, many of those con-<lb />tacted, though willing to serve, indicated that<lb />they felt the incumbent officer was doing excel-<lb />lent work and that they would not wish to chal-<lb />lenge if the incumbent agreed to be placed in<lb />nomination.<lb /><lb />Additional nominations for each elective of-<lb />fice may be presented by petition, supported by<lb /><lb />no fewer than fifty (50) signatures verified as<lb /><lb />those of members in good standing in the Corpo-<lb /><lb />ration. Additional nominations shall be accom-<lb />panied by written approval of the nominee anda<lb />brief biographical description. Petitions must<lb />reach the Chair of Nominations, Richard Devin,<lb />Colorado Shakespeare Festival, Box 261, Univer-<lb />sity of Colorado, Boulder, CO 80309-0261 by 1<lb />November 1990.<lb /><lb />Nominees for all offices and directorships shall<lb />have been Individual or Student members of the<lb />Institute or the individual designated as the voting<lb />representative of an Organizational, Sustaining<lb />or Contributing membership for at least one (1)<lb />year as of September 1 of the year of their nomi-<lb />nation.<lb /><lb />1991 Election Nominations:<lb /><lb />President-Elect: Sarah Nash Gates<lb /><lb />V.P.
