FACULTY GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE RESOLUTION

RESOLVED: That an Ad Hoc Committee, appointed by the Chair of the Faculty, review
the University Implementation Plan%as it Rfates to existing faculty procedures,
personnel policies and practices, the University Code and Unit Codes, and other
pertinent University policies affecting Faculty status, rank, and professional
responsibilities.

The Ad Hoc Review Committee shall consult with appropriate University officials,
Faculty Senate Committee Chairpersons, and other persons deemed appropriate in
order to report to the Faculty Senate on the above cited concerns.

The Ad Hoc Review Committee shall begin work immediately and report to the first
regularly scheduled Faculty Senate meeting in the Fall session of 1990.
