FACULTY SENATE ANNOUNCEMENTS

The Chancellor has approved the following Senate resolutions:
#89-21 Approval of Fall 1989 Graduation List

#89-22 Curriculum Committee Minutes of October 26, 1989

Chancellor's Holiday Reception for all Faculty Senators has been planned for
Tuesday, December 12th. from 6:00 to 8:00 at the Chancellor's home. Formal
invitations should be forthcoming in the mail.

To aid in speaker distinction, please stand when speaking during the Faculty
Senate meetings.

Deadine for the Research/Creative Activity Grant Proposal application is
Thursday, January 18, 1990 at 4:30 in the Faculty Senate office.

Deadline for the Teaching Grant proposal application is Monday, January 22,
1990 at 5:00 in the Faculty Senate office.

The Committee on Committees will report their recommendation on the structure
of a committee to deal with the College of Arts and Sciences Chairs'
resolution at the January Senate meeting.

Gene Hughes, Faculty Governance Committee will report on Agenda Committee
resolution at January's meeting instead of today.
