Research/Creative Activity Committee addition to Instructions and
Regulations:

Applicants requesting funds to conduct research on human
subjects or animals must include a statement that the
appropriate forms for the use of human subjects or animals
have been filed with the University Policy and Review
Committee on Human Research or the Animal Care and Use
Committee.

Teaching Grants Committee addition to Guidelines-

Proposals in the following categories will not be
considered: siaial

Those which do not meet guidelines and format;

Those from individual(s) who have failed to carry out
previously funded projects without adequate
justification and timely notification to the Vice
Chancellor for Academic Affairs;

Those from individuals who have failed to submit a report
from a previously funded project.
