I approve the Faculty Senate approved revision of

the Division of Continuing Education Code with following
modifications:

Article IV Omit the first and second paragraphs.
’ The full and correct version of this activity appears
as sections C and D of Appendix L.

Article IV Third paragraph. Insert the words
"permanently tenured" before the term "general faculty".
Appendix L requires this.
